Vetting and compliance are central functions in the Facilitas Group and are conducted and managed by our support services desk which is ISO 9001 approved. This ensures that in all cases, RTW authorisation is a fully independent and verifiable process.
Permanent Recruitment Process
Client /Candidate Brief AcquisitionA detailed brief is taken from the client at a face to face meeting with key stakeholders. This includes a detailed Role Profile, understanding what is needed e.g. Perfect Fit, Slightly Disruptive, Visionary, Particular Focus, etc., Organisational Assessment, Organisation Type, History, Future Ambition.
Print Media CampaignWhere appropriate, customised advertisements are placed on national or local newspapers and on any other relevant publications.
Database & Social Media CampaignExisting Database is searched, known likely candidates are contacted and Social Media campaign is designed and initiated.
Telephone InterviewsAppropriate candidates expressing an interest are contacted with a view to creating the preliminary list of suitable applicants.
Discrete & Targeted SearchDiscrete and confidential contact is made with known, interested, suitable prospective candidates.
Short List CreatedA short list of suitable candidates is produced and face to face interviews are conducted to produce a recommended first round interview list for the Client.
First Round InterviewsFirst round interviews are conducted in conjunction with the Client and the list is reduced to the two front runners.
Second Round InterviewsWhere necessary and by agreement with the Client, second round interviews are arranged for two front runners.
Temporary Recruitment Process
Client /Candidate Brief AcquisitionA detailed brief is taken from the client as to standard and special requirements for the temporary employee. This includes any necessary qualification, certification, or site-specific requirements, etc.
Database SearchClient requirements are matched with our existing database of candidates and the most appropriate employees are selected. The available positions are offered to this pool of candidates and those available and interested are short-listed.
Compliance CheckReferences, compliance documents, and training certificates are checked to ensure the selected candidates possess up to date and correct qualifications per the assignment brief.
Online TrainingCandidates who need upskilling have access to our online training platform which has a full range of temporary worker courses e.g. Health & Safety, Manual Handling, Food Safety, etc.
InterviewsFor longer-term or contract placements, candidates are selected for client interviews if required.
ComplianceWe are fully compliant with Agency Workers Directive 2008/104/EC and on this basis, we constantly search for suitable candidates for temporary and contract placements in Ireland
Right to WorkWe ensure that once selected by us, all candidates are fully compliant with RTW (right to work) requirements in Ireland and where necessary for their preferred role, Garda Vetted.
Client SpecificIn specific circumstances e.g. large volume placements, we prepare a complete Client Specific induction module on our online training platform
Final Selection & PlacementOnce the final decision is reached the assignment is prepared and issued to each selected candidate. This offer includes all of the site and contract specific detail required to ensure that our employee is fully prepared and immediately ready to become a productive member of your team.
