We are actively recruiting a Sous Chef for a busy high-end restaurant in Galway.
The candidate must come from a restaurant background.
Candidate Requirements:
- Looking for a Sous Chef who comes from a high-end restaurant background.
- Strong kitchen management skills required while carrying out this role.
- Strong kitchen manager required and must be able to lead the team.
- Able to develop the existing team while growing the kitchen brigade.
- Foodies background a plus.
- Looking for a Sous Chef who can put their own touch to dishes and menus.
- Must be flexible to work the roster around business needs.
