Sous Chef
Salary: From €19 per hour+ (depending on experience)
We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join an established kitchen team within a leading food and beverage group. You’ll support the Head Chef in running a fast-paced, professional kitchen, creating high-quality dishes and ensuring smooth operations. Experience in hotels or gastrobars is highly desirable.
What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a busy kitchen, preferably in hotels or gastrobars

Strong culinary and leadership skills

Knowledge of kitchen operations, hygiene, and food safety

Ability to supervise and motivate a team of chefs

Excellent communication and organizational skills
