About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at a prestigious 4-star hotel. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences, overseeing daily kitchen operations and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Executive Chef in planning and delivering a diverse, high-quality menu.

Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain exceptional standards of food hygiene, health, and safety.

Monitor stock levels, manage suppliers, and ensure cost control measures are implemented.

Contribute creatively to menu development and seasonal specials.

Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes served across hotel outlets.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a 4-star or high-standard hospitality environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety regulations.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
