Sous Chef Duties and Responsibilities:

Looking for a Sous Chef who has an excellent background in the four star market, who has strong kitchen management skills. This Sous Chef needs to be able to grow and bring a team together to produce an excellent standard of food throughout this busy four star property. A Sous Chef that has strong creativity and innovation required when implementing new menu concepts. Foodies background a plus as this hotel is looking to go in a different food direction.

A strong kitchen manager with strong people management skills is a must. A Sous Chef with excellent attention to detail required when carrying out the role. Managing the smooth day to day running of this beautiful operation, while keeping to a budget.

This Sous Chef has to be able to develop the existing team while growing the kitchen brigade. Proven track record in a similar role in a four star establishment. Skilled at working with fresh food produce every day.

Excellent understanding of the latest food trends in the current market. This Sous Chef needs to be a real food enthusiast. Passionate about preparing fresh produce for a busy operation, a Sous Chef with strong ability for creating new food concepts while keeping what works on the current menu. 

Working five over seven days.
