We are seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Chef de Partie to join an award-winning, fine dining hotel in the West of Ireland. This role is perfect for a chef de partie who is passionate about creative, high-quality cuisine and is looking to progress to Junior Sous/Sous Chef within 12 months.
