Senior Chef de Partie – Cork City Centre
€18.00 – €18.50 per hour | 39-hour week | Monday to Friday | No late nights
We are recruiting an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join the culinary team of one of Ireland’s largest catering providers, based on-site at a major global tech company in Cork city centre. This role offers career stability, work–life balance, and a high-quality food environment with no late nights or split shifts.
Key responsibilities

Support Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations

Prepare and deliver high-volume, high-standard fresh food

Lead by example and mentor junior kitchen staff

Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards

Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
Requirements
-
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior CDP

Strong knowledge of fresh food and large-scale catering

Ability to work efficiently in a structured, fast-paced environment

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Passion for consistency, quality, and presentation

Full unrestricted right to work in Ireland
