We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and dynamic food and beverage group in the heart of Galway city centre! We are currently looking to hire a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to join their talented kitchen team.

As a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests. We are seeking candidates with a passion for high-quality food, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Galway City Centre

Hourly Rate: €17 – €19 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: 5/7 working schedule

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is essential

Strong experience in high-volume kitchens, with a solid understanding of kitchen operations

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
