Senior Chef – Daytime Hours

Chef Recruiters currently have an opening for a Senior Chef in the Kildare area to work with a wonderful team in a busy Café/Restaurant.
This role is five days out of seven and would involve weekend work. Our client will try where possible to make sure all the chefs get at least one weekend off a month.
This is a Carvery/Buffet style lunch catering for large numbers throughout the day. This position would benefit the right person who has a great knowledge in Irish cuisine.
Pay rate for this position would be between €17ph-€18ph depending on experience.

What do we expect of our newest Senior Chef
- Ensure food is prepared and cooked in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines.
- Our Chefs must provide a high standard of catering to meet the needs of the Head Chef and all the customer’s needs. Have a great understanding in Irish Cuisine.
- Valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions.
- Must be a good team player.
- Must have a passion to create high quality food.
- Must have the enthusiasm and ability to work under pressure.
