Sous Chef (Cafe Daytime Hours)

We are currently on the hunt for a well-rounded Sous Chef for a well known and busy traditional Irish Cafe operation based in Dublin North. This is a great opportunity for a real food enthusiast to get involved in a project with an established team.
The ideal Sous Chef candidate will have strong experience coming from a busy operation within the Irish market.
Candidate & Role Requirements:
- Strong kitchen management skills required while carrying out this role.
- You must have your own transport to get to this job and location.
- Strong people management skills a must.
- Excellent attention to detail required when carrying out your role.
- Able to manage the team in the Head Chefs absence.
- The Sous Chef must have a proven track record in a similar role.
- Preparing fresh produce for a busy operation.
- Creating new food concept while keeping what works on the current menu.
- The Sous Chef will be required to work five over seven days but with all daytime hours.
