What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in professional kitchens, preferably as Chef de Partie level and up

• A solid understanding of food safety (HACCP & Manual Handling certs required – training available if needed)

• Valid work permit for full-time work in Ireland

• Team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic

• Passionate about cooking and delivering high-quality dishes

• Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure

• Professional references from previous Sous Chef or Chef de Partie roles
