What we’re looking for:

• Experience preparing and cooking food to a high standard, following all food safety regulations
• A commitment to quality and consistency in every dish
• Up-to-date HACCP and Manual Handling certificates (training can be provided if needed)
• A valid work permit allowing full-time work in Ireland without restrictions
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• A genuine passion for cooking and high-quality food
• The ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure
• References from previous chef positions
