Chef Recruiters is hiring for Relief Chef de Partie to join our growing team in Dublin City Centre. Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within professional kitchens.

• Valid HACCP & Manual Handling certifications (we can assist if needed).

Responsibilities – Relief Chef de Partie

• Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, following all food safety regulations.

• Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff while maintaining an efficient working environment.

• Adapt quickly to different kitchen settings, from restaurants to event catering and hospitals.

• Manage your section efficiently, ensuring smooth service and consistency under pressure.

Requirements – Relief Chef de Partie

• Strong culinary skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience managing a section and supervising kitchen staff.

• Professional references from previous chef roles.

• Must have legal entitlement to work in Ireland without restrictions.
