Production Kitchen Manager – Dublin -€45k(Daytime)

We are actively recruiting a Production Kitchen manager for a Artisan Food Catering Company based in Dun Laoghaire.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced chef to join a high-end catering team with a great work/life balance.

Candidate Requirements:

• The Production Manager must be able to produce high quality food.
• Develop new exciting menus for the business.
• Manage a small team of chefs and ensure the team is fully trained.
• Ensure the hygiene standards are in line with expectations and HACCP regulations are adhered to.
• Business development is a key part of this role.
• Costing of menus and products.
• Must come from a similar background.
• Must have strong knowledge in pastry.
