We are currently recruiting on behalf of an exceptional Michelin-starred restaurant in Dublin, seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join their award-winning kitchen team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the highest level of fine dining, where creativity, precision, and attention to detail are at the heart of everything. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering outstanding desserts that complement an innovative and seasonal tasting menu.

The role requires a Pastry Chef with proven experience in a high-end or Michelin-star environment, showcasing strong technical skills paired with a creative flair. Play your part in developing and executing refined, modern dessert menus, while ensuring the highest standards of presentation and quality. Collaboration with the Executive Chef and wider kitchen team will be essential, and you’ll need to maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

We are looking for someone with a deep passion for seasonal ingredients and modern techniques, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform well under pressure.
