We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join a well-established, high-quality resort set in a stunning coastal location.

Position Details:
- Role: Pastry Chef
- Salary: €36,000 per annum
- Location: Coastal resort (Ireland)
- Accommodation: Available
- Meals on Duty: Provided
- Full membership access to pool and leisure facilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, bake, and present a wide range of high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods
- Contribute to menu development with innovative and seasonal ideas
- Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and dessert production
- Creative flair and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Passion for food and commitment to excellence
