Pastry Chef de Partie – Luxury Coastal Resort | Accommodation Provided

A prestigious luxury resort located in a coastal area of Ireland is seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join its culinary team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pastry chef with 2–3 years’ experience who is looking to develop their career in a high-end resort environment, working with premium local ingredients and delivering exceptional dessert and bakery offerings across multiple dining outlets and events.

The Role

Prepare and produce high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods
Ensure consistent presentation and quality standards across all pastry items
Work closely with the Head Pastry Chef and wider kitchen team on menu development
Contribute to new pastry ideas and seasonal concepts
Support and guide junior pastry staff when required
Maintain HACCP, hygiene, and food safety compliance at all times
Ensure the pastry section is clean, organised, and efficiently managed
Assist with stock control and communicate supply requirements

What We’re Looking For

2–3 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a fine dining, hotel, or luxury environment
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and dessert presentation
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-standard kitchen
Creative approach with strong attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
