We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills in a high-quality environment and work alongside talented professionals in the food industry. You will be responsible for managing your section of the kitchen and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dishes to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing and managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring efficient operation.

Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in accordance with our established standards.

Assisting with menu development and ensuring consistency in all food items.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization in your section, adhering to food safety regulations.

Assisting in stock management and ensuring ingredient availability.

Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as needed.

Collaborating with the head chef and team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Occasionally working on weekends, but this will be rare.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.

Strong culinary skills and a passion for food preparation.

Knowledge of kitchen health and safety standards.

Ability to manage your section independently while working as part of a team.

Flexibility to work on weekends if required (although rare).

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
