Chef Recruiters are currently searching for the position of a Chef Manager to work within a Healthcare Setting in Co Louth. This particular client is seeking a capable and motivated Chef Manager to run the kitchen operation to a high standard.
What this role offers:
- Salary €45,000-€50,000 – depending on experience.
- All daytime hours which will give a great work life balance.

What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Ideally will come from a Chef Healthcare background.
- Chef must be able to lead from the front and manage the team to maintain standards.
- Must be confident on menu costings and general kitchen financials.
- Ensure all food is stored, handled and packed at the correct temperature and in accordance with Food Handling and Hygiene Regulations.
- Ideally the right Chef will have experience with modified diets all grades.
- Chef Manager must empower & support the team or colleagues and suppliers to deliver a great service
