Head Chef-Fine Dining-€65k-Kerry (Accommodation)

We are currently looking for a driven and talented Head Chef for an established high-end property in Co. Kerry. This Head Chef will be confident in leading a team, must be capable of looking after all the day to day kitchen operations and be able to bring new ideas to the business. 

The candidate must come from a Fine Dining background in a Senior Position

Candidate & Role Requirements:

• Looking for a Head Chef who has come from a busy, high-end background and is able for volume.
• Strong kitchen management skills required while carrying out this role.
• Strong kitchen manager required and must be able to lead the team.
• Able to develop the existing team while growing the kitchen brigade.  
• Foodies background a plus.
• Must be flexible to work the roster around business needs.
