Head Chef – Dublin – €55k – Gastro Pub

We are actively recruiting a Head Chef for an extremely busy operation in Dublin. Reporting into the Exec Head Chef, the candidate must be able to work on their own initiative, work well under pressure and enjoy and be comfortable working in a high-volume kitchen.

Candidate & Role Requirements:

• Looking for a Head Chef who has come from a busy, high-volume background and is able for volume.
• Strong kitchen management skills required while carrying out this role.
• Strong kitchen manager required and must be able to lead the team.
• Able to develop the existing team while growing the kitchen brigade.  
• Foodies background a plus.
• Must be flexible to work the roster around business needs.
