About the Role

We are currently recruiting an experienced Daytime Head Chef for a leading corporate catering operation in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and structured kitchen environment, offering Monday to Friday daytime hours, focused on delivering high-quality food in a corporate setting.

This role is ideal for a Head Chef seeking a better work-life balance while still leading a busy and high-standard kitchen operation.

Key Responsibilities

As a Daytime Head Chef, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the kitchen team in a corporate catering environment.
• Planning and delivering high-quality menus for daily service.
• Ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Managing stock control, ordering, and food cost efficiency.
• Maintaining HACCP, food hygiene, and health & safety compliance.
• Training, supporting, and motivating kitchen staff.
• Working closely with operations to meet client requirements and service standards.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen environment.
• Experience in corporate catering, contract catering, or high-volume service is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to manage a team in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits

• €50,000–€60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• Monday to Friday daytime working hours.
• Full-time, permanent position.
