An experience Head Chef is required for a daytime operation in Cork This is a lovely role for an organised and reliable experience Head Chef to lead and grow an operation with fantastic flair for creativity when delivering a very high standard of food. Our client is looking for an organised talented Chef who would be very strong when organising a very successful team. It’s a superb role which offers work/life balance and the opportunity to join a superb leadership team in this successful operation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Looking for a Head Chef who has an excellent background in cooking to a very high standard of food.
- Experience in Modern Cuisine or successful gastro pub food operation.
- Excellent eye for producing creative dishes and a great eye for food.
- Able to manage a high volume operation on a daytime operation.
- Strong management skills required.
- Very strong financial management required.
- Excellent attention to detail while carrying out his role.
- Able to bring latest food trends to this beautiful daytime operation.
- Strong creativity and innovation required when implementing new menu concepts.
- Strong people management skills a must.
- Strong kitchen manager required.
- Excellent standard of food to be produce.
- Proven track record in a similar role.
Role Requirements:
- Real food enthusiast.
- Preparing & organising high volume food for a busy operation. .
- Highly organised and efficient chef required.
- Must be able to deliver the food operation in a timely manner.
- Proven track record managing a successful large operation.
- Managing a large team of chefs.
- Able to work under pressure and keep calm.
- Foodie background a plus.
- Working daytime – Monday To Friday.
- Salary €47k To €50k
