Executive Sous Chef – Luxury Property | Cork Area | €45,000
A prestigious luxury property in the Cork area is seeking an experienced and ambitious Executive Sous Chef to join its culinary leadership team.
This is a key senior kitchen role within a modern Irish fine dining environment, focused on creativity, seasonal menus, and high-end execution using the best local ingredients.
The Role
Work closely with the Executive Chef on seasonal menu development
Design and implement modern Irish menus with contemporary influences
Lead, mentor, and support the kitchen team in daily operations
Oversee kitchen service, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
Maintain HACCP, hygiene, and food safety compliance at all times
Support food costing, budgeting, and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in fine dining or luxury hospitality
Strong background in modern Irish cuisine or high-end kitchen environments
Minimum 5 years’ experience in professional kitchens
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
Passion for fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients
