Role Overview:
Seeking a motivated Commis / Demi Chef de Partie to join a dynamic kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef looking to develop their skills in a Michelin-recommended setting and build a long-term career in fine dining. The successful candidate will work closely with the head chef and sous chefs, supporting all kitchen operations and contributing to the delivery of high-quality dishes that reflect a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to the property’s standards.

Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen.

Work efficiently across different kitchen stations as required, supporting fellow chefs.

Follow recipes, portion control, and plating techniques to ensure consistency and quality.

Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials where appropriate.

Support the team in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as part of your progression.
