The Role
Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard in a busy kitchen environment
Maintain consistent quality and presentation during service
Follow all HACCP, hygiene, and food safety procedures
Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver efficient service
Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and operating smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Previous kitchen experience at any level
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Reliable and professional attitude
Two references required
