Requirements:

• Proven experience in a professional kitchen
• Full legal right to work in Ireland (no restrictions)
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
• Passion for delivering high-quality food and service
• References from previous chef roles
