We are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie for a well-established hospitality venue in West Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and is looking to build a long-term career within a supportive team.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing your own section, ensuring dishes are prepared to a consistently high standard while maintaining an efficient and organised workspace. You’ll work closely with the senior chefs to deliver exceptional food and help drive a smooth kitchen operation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and run your assigned kitchen section.
  • Prepare and cook menu items to specification.
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met.
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and HACCP practices.
  • Assist with stock rotation and minimise food waste.
  • Support and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

About You

  • Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Passion for producing high-quality food.
  • Reliable, organised, and a strong team player.
