What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef

• Solid understanding of food safety regulations (HACCP & Manual Handling certs required – training available)

• Valid work permit for unrestricted, full-time work in Ireland

• A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team

• Passion for delivering excellent food in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stay composed and work efficiently under pressure

• References from previous Sous Chef or Chef de Partie roles
