Job Title: Chef Manager
Salary: €50,000 – €55,000 per year
Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Chef Manager to take full responsibility for the ordering, production, and service of all food on a daily basis. This role requires a dedicated and conscientious individual who is committed to delivering exceptional service that meets both client and customer demands. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, driving quality, and managing the catering team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of food production and consistently introduce new and innovative menu options.

Ensure daily menus are balanced and meet customer requirements.

Work closely with the Regional Manager to exceed client and customer expectations.

Demonstrate flexibility and maintain effective communication with clients.

Manage the catering operation’s financial performance, including driving sales, gross profit, labor costs, and overheads.

Achieve budgeted gross margin through careful costing and menu planning.

Maintain the highest standards of Health and Safety, including full adherence to HACCP guidelines.

Manage and develop the catering team, fostering a positive, high-performance environment.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar food service environment.

An innovative approach to menu design with excellent attention to detail.

Previous experience in managing a catering team.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and staff.

Flexibility and the ability to innovate in line with customer needs.

Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities.

Solid organizational skills, with a focus on maintaining high standards.

Computer literate with a good understanding of catering management systems.
