We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team of a respected, high-quality hotel in Dublin 4. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated chef aiming to grow their career in a professional and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated section of the kitchen, maintaining consistent high standards
  • Prepare, cook, and plate dishes to a superior level
  • Ensure excellent hygiene and food safety practices according to HACCP guidelines
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
  • Mentor and train junior kitchen staff
  • Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal dishes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar Chef de Partie position
  • Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Culinary qualification preferred
