Requirements
-
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or restaurant kitchen

Full legal right to work in Ireland

Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen procedures

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team

Experience in high-volume or luxury hotel environments is a strong advantage
