About the Role
We are currently recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie on behalf of a well-established hotel in County Wicklow. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and professional kitchen team where quality food, consistency, and teamwork are key to success.
Key Responsibilities
As a Chef de Partie, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes within your assigned section.
- Ensuring consistency in food preparation and presentation during service.
- Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
- Maintaining HACCP, food hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times.
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and waste reduction.
- Working effectively as part of a busy kitchen brigade.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or busy hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Good understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Salary & Benefits
- €36,000+ per annum, depending on experience.
