Chef de Partie – Corporate Catering, Near Cork City Centre
We are seeking skilled and motivated Chef de Parties to join a busy corporate catering team near Cork City Centre. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a professional, high-volume kitchen with structured Monday-to-Friday hours, providing an excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring consistent quality in food preparation and presentation
- Work closely with the Head Chef and team to develop and execute menus
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, supporting their development
- Maintain full compliance with health and safety regulations
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and operating efficiently
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
- Strong culinary skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
- Passion for producing high-quality food with excellent presentation
- References will be required
Salary & Schedule:
- €16.00–€18.50 per hour, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, daytime hours only – promoting excellent work-life balance
