What do we expect from our new Chef de Partie or Sous Chef?
• Prepare and cook food to a high standard, maintaining consistency and quality
• Ensure food is prepared in accordance with food hygiene regulations and HACCP guidelines
• Support the Head Chef and team with day-to-day kitchen operations
• Lead by example and supervise junior kitchen staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
• Valid work permit to work full-time in Ireland (if applicable)
• A team player with a passion for high-quality food and excellent kitchen standards
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
• References from previous roles in a similar position
