We are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie for a well-established 4-star hotel in County Meath, catering for weddings, leisure guests, and corporate events. This role offers excellent variety and the opportunity to work across different kitchen sections depending on business needs.

The Role:
As Chef de Partie, you will be an integral part of the kitchen team, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:

Managing a kitchen section while supporting other areas as required

Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes across all hotel operations

Assisting with weddings, conferences, and large-scale events

Supporting junior chefs and contributing to a positive kitchen culture

Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
What We’re Looking For:
-
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up

Background in a hotel or high-volume kitchen preferred

Flexibility to work across sections based on business needs

Strong attention to detail and passion for producing quality food

Reliable, professional, and team-focused approach
