We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a prestigious 5-star resort in Kildare. Role Overview:
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing your kitchen section, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. Working under the guidance of an experienced Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will contribute to both fine dining services and large-scale event catering, helping to deliver memorable experiences for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of your section, preparing and presenting dishes to exacting standards
• Collaborate with Head Chef and Sous Chef on seasonal menus and special event offerings
• Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to culinary and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Assist with stock management, ordering, and minimizing waste
• Uphold the highest levels of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Contribute ideas for new dishes and seasonal specials

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining or high-end kitchen
• Passion for high-quality cuisine using fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Strong leadership skills, capable of managing a section under pressure
• Knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Previous experience in a luxury resort, hotel, or fine dining environment is advantageous
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
