Chef De Partie – 5 Star Boutique Hotel

A high-quality bistro-style lounge in Central Dublin is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team.

This role is ideal for a chef who enjoys modern bistro dining, working with fresh seasonal ingredients, and being part of a fast-paced kitchen delivering consistently high standards in a stylish restaurant environment. You will be joining a strong, hands-on team where quality, consistency, and attention to detail are essential.

The Role

Run your own section during busy service
Prepare, cook, and plate dishes to a consistently high standard
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on daily operations
Contribute to seasonal dishes and menu execution
Maintain HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards
Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste reduction
Support junior kitchen staff when required

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a bistro, restaurant, or hotel kitchen
Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques
Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
Strong attention to detail and presentation standards
Ability to stay organised and work under pressure
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and busy service periods

€17–€18 per hour depending on experience
