Busy and well-regarded 4-star hotel in County Louth recruiting a Chef de Partie for a high-quality kitchen focused on weddings, banqueting & restaurant service. Strong reputation, structured operation, and consistent volume.

The role

  • Run your own section in a professional hotel kitchen

  • Deliver quality food across weddings, events & restaurant service

  • Work closely with Head & Sous Chef on daily operations

  • Maintain HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards

  • Support junior chefs and assist with stock control

About you

  • Chef de Partie experience in a hotel or busy kitchen
