The role

Run your own section in a professional hotel kitchen

Deliver quality food across weddings, events & restaurant service

Work closely with Head & Sous Chef on daily operations

Maintain HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards

Support junior chefs and assist with stock control

About you

Chef de Partie experience in a hotel or busy kitchen
