About the Role
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be an integral part of our kitchen team, working across all areas of the kitchen to deliver high-quality meals for our breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings. You’ll be responsible for running your own section, ensuring dishes are prepared and served to the highest standards, while also keeping things running smoothly during busy service times.
You’ll be working alongside a friendly and professional team, led by an experienced Head Chef, who is committed to supporting your growth and helping you develop your culinary career. Whether you’re preparing fresh, seasonal ingredients or innovating on established menu favourites, you’ll play an essential role in delivering a fantastic dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:

Run your section efficiently during service, maintaining a high standard of food quality, taste, and presentation.

Work closely with other chefs to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen during peak times.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to.

Assist with the training and development of junior kitchen staff.

Support the Head Chef in menu planning, preparation, and stock management.

Contribute to creating a positive and collaborative working environment.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous hotel kitchen experience is desirable (but not a dealbreaker if you have relevant restaurant experience).

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your section efficiently during busy periods.

Ability to work well within a team and contribute positively to the kitchen’s dynamics.
