We are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie for a well-established hotel in Clane, County Kildare, catering for weddings, leisure guests, and corporate events.
This role offers excellent variety and the chance to work across different kitchen sections depending on business needs.

The Role:
As Chef de Partie, you will be a key part of the kitchen team, contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen. You will:

Manage a section while supporting other sections as required

Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes across hotel operations

Assist during weddings, conferences, and large-scale events

Support junior chefs and contribute to a positive kitchen culture

Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up

Background in a hotel or high-volume kitchen preferred

Flexibility to work across sections based on business demands

Strong attention to detail and passion for quality food

Reliable, professional, and team-focused approach
