What You’ll Be Doing
- Running your section during busy service periods
- Preparing and plating dishes to a consistently high standard
- Working closely with senior chefs across multiple kitchen sections
- Maintaining HACCP and food safety standards at all times
- Supporting menu consistency, organisation, and kitchen efficiency
- Contributing ideas and maintaining strong attention to detail throughout service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
- Background in fine dining, luxury hotel, rosette, or Michelin-standard kitchens preferred
- Passion for modern cuisine and high-quality seasonal ingredients
- Ability to perform calmly in a fast-paced professional kitchen
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ambitious chefs looking to develop their long-term culinary career
