Chef de Partie – Wicklow Hotel | Full-Time Role | From €17ph

A busy and well-established hotel in Wicklow is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join its professional kitchen team.

This role suits a chef with experience in hotel, gastro pub, or bistro-style kitchens who enjoys working in a structured environment focused on consistency, teamwork, and quality food service.

You will be joining a supportive brigade with strong kitchen standards and opportunities to further develop your hospitality career.

The Role

Running your own section during service
Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef during busy service periods
Maintaining HACCP and food safety compliance at all times
Assisting with kitchen organisation, prep, and service flow
Mentoring junior chefs and supporting team development

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel, restaurant, or busy kitchen
Strong focus on food quality and presentation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Fluent English required
Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts
