Duties and Responsibilities of Chef de Partie.

  • A great position for Chef de Partie who has a proven track record in a busy property.
  • A Chef de Partie who is passionate about food,who works creatively to come up with new menu items and keep up with current industry trends.
  • Taking direction from management in relation to all daily duties
  • Strong ability to run a smooth day to day operations of a busy kitchen.
  • The Chef de Partie needs to ensure food is prepared and cooked in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guideline.
  • Ensure all equipment is operated, maintained and serviced as per manufacturer’s instructions and Health and Safety requirements/recommendations
  • Excellent knowledge of all dietary requirements is essential
  • Able to strictly adhere to strong HACCP procedures.
  • Ability to work on own initiative is paramount.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills required as a Chef de Partie.
