The hotel’s kitchen team is dedicated to delivering culinary artistry, blending both traditional and contemporary techniques to create unforgettable dishes.
The Role
Our client is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join their esteemed kitchen team. As a Chef de Partie, you will oversee your designated section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and quality are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee your designated section within the kitchen, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency.

Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with the hotel’s high standards.

Work alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain smooth kitchen operations.

Support, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff, helping to develop their skills and knowledge.

Adhere to strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the kitchen.

Assist in menu development, contributing creative ideas and incorporating seasonal ingredients.

Contribute to the management of stock levels and inventory control.
About You:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end, fast-paced kitchen environment.

Strong understanding of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.

A passion for food and an eye for detail in presentation and flavour.

Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure, maintaining high standards at all times.

Leadership skills, with a commitment to mentoring and developing junior team members.

A culinary qualification or equivalent experience is highly desirable.

Flexibility in working hours is essential.
