Chef de Partie – Opportunity in a Well-Established Kildare Hotel

We are currently recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie to join a reputable hotel team in Kildare. This role is ideal for a chef with experience in hotel or bistro-style kitchens who is looking to bring their skills into a professional and well-regarded kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of a designated section within a busy kitchen
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure consistency and high standards
  • Maintain a clean section and ensure full compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations
  • Support, train, and mentor junior and commis chefs to aid their development

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie with a strong emphasis on quality
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team (fluent English required)
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
