Rate: €18–€20 per hour
Hours: 25 hours per week, 5/7 working schedule
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to join a busy and welcoming kitchen in Drogheda. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality breakfast dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring a smooth service for guests each morning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes to a high standard
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards
- Work efficiently as part of a team to provide excellent service
- Assist with inventory and stock management as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a breakfast chef is essential
- Strong knowledge of breakfast menus and cooking techniques
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a 5/7 schedule
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
