Baker

We are looking for an experienced full time baker for our client in Bray, Co. Wicklow. Here you will have the opportunity to work with high quality ingredients producing bakery goods for a number of retail outlets and restaurants.

During a typical day here you could be baking breads, scones, decorating cakes, on the tart sections or perhaps whipping up meringues. This role provides incredible cross training opportunities for the successful hire. 

• Ideally 1-2 years+ experience in a busy bakery or pastry operation
• Flexible on shifts as they will run from 5.00am-2.00pm and 1.00pm-10.00pm
• Own transport due to the time of the shifts
• Strong knowledge of HACCP
• Background in production kitchen would be ideal
