Daytime Chef

Chef Recruiters are currently searching for a talented and passionate Chef for a role in Clonmel, Tipperary. This particular property is a busy family-run coffee shop in the heart of Clonmel, with an emphasis on artisanal products such as cakes, confectionary, pastries, and gourmet hot food with a fantastic rotating offering of sandwiches, bagels, bao buns. All food is made fresh every day and utilises great quality ingredients. 

With daytime-only hours and closed Mondays & Tuesdays, this role affords wonderful work-life balance for the right chef.

Ideal Chef Candidate Requirements:

• The ideal chef will have experience with bakery, confectionary, pastry, etc with strong presentation skills as this will be the main focus of the role, with some occasional support on the hot section required.
• The candidate will come from a good solid chef background and is comfortable dealing with high volume and good quality produce. 
• This chef will have a great knowledge and passion for keeping up with culinary trends, and will be able to show good creativity with creating new products. 
• The candidate will be a great communicator and can work well as part of a team.
• The candidate must be able to adhere to high HACCP standards and follow all SOP’s.
• The candidate must produce high quality food in line with company policy at all times.
• In order to be eligible for this chef role you must be able to work full time in Ireland without restrictions (visa sponsorship is not available).
