We are currently recruiting Chef de Parties and Senior Chef de Parties in Naas for a fantastic opportunity with a prestigious luxury hotel and hospitality venue in County Kildare.

Your Responsibilities

As a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to the required standards
• Taking responsibility for your designated section within the kitchen
• Ensuring food is prepared, presented and served to a consistently high standard
• Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure an efficient service
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health and safety and HACCP standards
• Supporting junior members of the kitchen team where required

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
• A genuine passion for food and maintaining high standards
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
