Pastry Chef de Partie – €39,500 per annum

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods across all dining outlets, including breakfast, afternoon tea, events, and room service.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the pastry kitchen.
- Follow standard recipes and food safety procedures.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
- Ensure the pastry section is clean, organised, and fully compliant with HACCP and hygiene standards.
About You
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
- Passion for pastry and attention to detail.
- Culinary qualification is desirable.
- Good knowledge of food safety and HACCP.
- Ability to work well as part of a busy kitchen team.
